Best Practices For Off-Page Link Building

It’s an agreed term among all SEOs that we’re not supposed to build links independently, but users should do it. However, almost everyone is doing that. So here I’d like to share my practices for making my backlinks more legit and looking better.

If you disagree with my views, I like to hear your objections and opinions. So please don’t be shy to leave me a comment down below.

Disclaimer: all these tricks are my own and I do not guarantee that they work 100%.

Use all I have to hide my tracks.

They say the only thing that makes Google discover PBNs is the cookie you left behind. I’m afraid I have to disagree. We do not know what Google is and how it works.

I try to use every tool in my toolbox that I can. This includes:

Browsers

  • Use TOR browser mostly, and Firefox with VPN extensions and sometimes another browser. BUT NEVER THE CHROME. There are programs like Comodo Dragon, Maxthon, Opera GX, and WaterFox that can come in handy in that case. Firefox Focus for mobile devices can help too. Unfortunately, I could never run a decent Safari on my Windows computer. But it could be helpful if you use it in your campaign.

The only thing that matters here is removing all data from your browser. Your entire effort might be blown out of the water.

Plus, I wonder if it matters which version of the browser scripts detect. This can make Link Building even more difficult.

VPN

  • Always use a VPN to disguise your IP address and make it nearly impossible to identify you. VPSs? No idea. But no.

Email Services

  • It would be far better if you used all types of email. Although they say that Google can’t see your email, I would rather not risk it. I would never use Gmail; but:

○ Template Mails

○ Proton Mail

○ Yahoo mail

○ Hotmail

○ Yandex Mail

○ etc

Search Console? Nah!

Some might believe using GSC might enable you to index your content; I avoid that. There are other options to get content indexed.

Beware of sidekicks!

Did you ever think that your device or your ISP could be compromised? Try using mobile apps to make lings sometimes. And use a different ISP occasionally, too.

It wouldn’t be hurt.

Make it look normal

Don’t you think it’s abnormal if a weblog links to a particular website at every post they publish? I think one or two per 30 posts would be enough. The rest of the effort must make that blog a worthwhile one with moderate traffic.

Plus, please use all kinds of links. Exact anchors, LongTail anchors, LSIs, Random texts, naked links…everything. Make it as chaotic as the Internet itself.

Use brand Mention

I mean content without links. Use the brand name near the top and around the dense area of keywords and their LSIs.

Multi-tier Link building

Do I need to explain this?

Conclusion

I’ll complete this list shortly. Until then…
